Something in the Air

This PBS Special travels from Mexico City, to Delhi, Beijing and London in search of the numerous ways that air pollution impacts people in urban areas. In doing so, it asks a number of questions:

• Can we trace the affects of air pollution on unborn babies?

• Is cycling in urban areas bad for you?

• Can air pollution cause dementia to develop in dogs?

By looking across an extensive body of scientific research, Something in the Air aims to spreading an awareness of the damaging materials on our city streets and how to reduce our exposure to them.
