Smoke Jumpers is a short film captured near Lake Naivasha in Kenya. It sheds light upon charcoal burning as a ritual and a practice that is both healing and harmful for its communities.

In the film, a Priestess is searching for resources for her ailing world. She meets two warrior goddesses ‘the Smoke Jumpers’ who practice ancient rituals of burning fires for healing and purification. The final shot of the film shows the priestess engulfed in and disappearing in a thick black and grey smoke.
