How are clouds made?
This short education film brings the viewer closer to understanding the role that dust particles from the earth, ice and volcanoes play in the formation of clouds around our planet.
We travel to a weather station on Whiteface Mountain in New York, where a group of scientists are tracing the atmospheric composition of clouds, in order to understand the effect that rising levels of human pollution may have on weather. The film ends with a hypnotic display of microscopic images of snowflakes.
